The guesthouse Pousada Colibri is located in the village of Morro de São Paulo on the paradise island of Tinharé, just 40 miles south of Salvador da Bahia.
Here you can enjoy your unforgettable vacation in a tropical atmosphere without stress and traffic.

Our little pousada on top of one of the highest hills of the island offers you a breathtaking view of the ocean. In just a few minutes walk you reach never ending white beaches, considered among the most beautiful in Brazil.

You may choose between comfortable bungalows or luxury apartments with air conditioning, both offering private bathrooms with hot and cold shower, large ceiling fan, veranda with hammock, minibar, tv, and individual safe. We also provide mosquito nets on request.
Meals are served in our palmleaf covered restaurant, where you can also enjoy our exotic cocktails at the bar.

If you are feeling energetic then you can choose from the following activities: scuba-diving, windsurfing, and flying ultralight planes. And don't forget the evening parties on the beach! Special events are organised and include a hiking tour to the picturesque village of Garapuá, where you can eat fresh coconut directly from the tree, or a visit to the neighbouring island of Boipeba by boat. We can also organize a guided photo safari, hiking or horseback tours with our own horses.

We confirm your flights, arrange your transfer to and from Salvador airport by air taxi or ferry boat, as you prefer, and will also help you with currency exchange and other formalities.
